Every business is a ride. Dizzying highs, gut-wrenching lows, unpredictable twists and breathtaking-turns.
Qonsult Tech Solution was started by Milan Pandya in 2005. An engineer by education and profession, Milan took his first leap into the unknown world of entrepreneurship with Qonsult Tech. Big or small, underdog, unseasoned didn’t really matter much. The small-town boy with big-eyes had to do it! Qonsult Tech’s story is not just about the company’s growth but also about Milan’s personal journey as an entrepreneur. It’s a story of transformation, of turning theoretical knowledge into practical wisdom, and of evolving from a hustling professional into a visionary leader.
First attempts at anything are special, but they are rarely perfect. They are messy, challenging, and designed to teach you the big life lessons you have overlooked over a donkey-number of years. Qonsult Tech Solution’s journey began with a vision, a spark of an idea that refused to be extinguished. As a structured engineer, Milan was trained to solve problems with clear rules, but entrepreneurship was new. The early days of Qonsult Tech were marked by trial and error. Mistakes were made. Plans fell apart. Qonsult Tech’s resilience, adaptability, and perseverance is a gift of those trailblazing days. You will find it in each and every team member.
The business road was rough. But the road has been rougher for us, not just because of external factors, but because we chose to take the path less traveled. We dared to innovate where others chose to conform. We committed to quality and bespoke-fashion where others settled for mediocrity. Our vision demanded that we go beyond the ordinary, and in doing so, we accepted the risk of encountering extraordinary challenges. Every impediment was an opportunity to grow, to refine Milan’s vision, and to build a stronger foundation for Qonsult Tech.
With each setback, Qonsult Tech learned invaluable lessons. There were moments of doubt, times when the future seemed uncertain and terrific, and months when giving up seemed like the easiest option. So, one fine day of despair in 2012, it happened. We quit. Milan quit. On his vision. On his effort of years. On entrepreneurship.
They say it is very heroic to run forward, no matter what. But we believe it is humanly to step back for family, responsibility, and stability. But it hurts to watch a dream die alive. And real entrepreneurs don’t take no for an answer so easily. So, Milan bounced back. On his dream. On his vision. On his belief. In 2020, Milan started a remote-first IT company with his own boss in partnership in the United States.
3 aces together in the game, in 2020 the world turned into a remote-work land and Milan restarted the operations of Qonsult Tech. Milan returned to the drawing board, smarter and stronger carrying his previous experiences. The goal was not only progress, but human-connections and every stumble was a step in the right direction. Rebuilding Qonsult Tech was not just a matter of restarting the business; it was about transforming it.. He revisited his strategies, revamped the business model, and re-ignited his passion for innovation and excellence. Milan approached the business with renewed vigor and an incredible vision.
Milan’s resilience paid off. Rising from the ashes like a phoenix. The company not only recovered but also flourished, achieving milestones that once seemed out of reach. The Qonsult Tech journey has been a testament to our belief that nothing worth achieving comes easy. Each bump and bruise along the way has been a badge of honor, a reminder that we are on a path of our own making, and that the destination we seek is worth every struggle. We’re not just enduring this ride; we’re mastering it.
Qonsult Tech’s story is one of grit, passion, and the relentless pursuit of excellence, WITH UTMOST INTEGRITY. It’s a story that inspires us to grow, learn from our experiences, and to never lose sight of our dreams. It’s a story of an Incredible Vision.
“Even if it’s one step a day, what’s important is consistency. We believe in growing every day even if it’s small it should be consistent.”
